You matter, and I am glad you are here. As a therapist, my priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can express yourself authentically. I am committed to supporting you in transforming challenges and suffering into greater self-awareness and autonomy, working together in a collaborative and respectful partnership. I view every individual as a fellow traveler on the path to growth, and it is a privilege to accompany clients on their journeys toward their best selves.
I work with clients ages 10 through adulthood, tailoring my counseling approach to each person’s unique experiences and needs. With preteens, I integrate both Child-Centered and directive techniques, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. For adult clients, my approach incorporates Person-Centered, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused strategies. I am known for my straightforward style, balanced with compassion and respect.
I am experienced in addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, adjustment challenges, self-esteem, and building practical skills for daily life.
